THE BIG BAD TIGER
Blessed Ngqabutho Nkobi born in Johannesburg South Africa and currently recites in Newcastle KZN. " well I always loved music ever since a young age my uncle hooked me up to the OG's such as 2Pac, Slim Shady, Immortal Technique, etc." BOY NBN or NBN is one of the founders of Records Broken "I think I make a great team leader, well that's not the point but I really think I have what it takes to take the team forward, I have all these ideas, ambitions in my head that I just can't keep to myself, I need a team yes A dream team of crazy talent and of course proper management after all we are starting an Empire I think that's why I started the Movement, don't really care about the clout". He grew up in church a was raised by a single mother "She's really proud of me, she speaks highly of me and has a lot of expectations but she's really not in to Hip Hop". He feels different and is not really attracted to what his peers call pleasurer.
BOY NBN has 2 EP's titled Great and God Given and worked with over 20 artists and is possibly the most featured artist of 2020 in Newcastle

THE MASIRE
Siyanda Buthelezi born in South Africa ,KwaZulu-Natal, at a township called Osizweni. He is a Hip-hop artist and also a founder of Records Broken Movement. Master c Gplat had love for music at a very young age as he used to mimic the old days music such as kwaito and various hip-hop music which he admired a lot and made him realize how he can memorize rhymes and lines at a very young age. He says "I definitely assure that music became my useful and a remarkable toy as a kid" he then escalated his talent and started making his own music in 2018. as a kid he used to inspire himself by saying "music is not only about integrated mix of sounds and voices but it is way to express yourself and share your story with the audience you can possibly reach to as an artist"
He dropped his debut EP titled Addict which features Tumorinki, Roude Major, dOpe 6east, BOY NBN and Lil Ghost.
His been a guest appearance 5 times and collabo artist 2 times working with the likes of Kratoz, Ayeezy, TrillNote, MC Grey, Jay Crusty, etc.

Ntandokazi Sithembile Shabangu(SHA-BANKS ZEE POETESS) born in Newcastle. "I fell in love with music at the age of 3, I fell in love not only with the beat(rythm) but also with the lyrics because as a poet words are what I believe define me, so the lyrics tend to help explain how I feel started recording some audios on my cellphone but going big was hard NO ONE would help me out". Sha banks is a loyal member of the movement "I joined the movement to help people out there, people who want to make a name for themselves, joining the movement meant that they would get the help I needed a couple of years ago when nobody cared"

Njabulo Lephoe Zulu also known as Franky McCarthy Born in Newcastle on the 7th of December Started out as a poet in 2014 and by 2016 was recording raps "It's always been about talking the reality of a black and giving them a bit of hope in this cold world The Goal is to put Newcastle on the map and be proof that art has no limit I joined the movement to surround myself with the people who share the same vision as myself". Franky is a very humble gentleman and a huge team player. He has worked with the likes of MC Grey his close friend and Kratoz to name a few artist.

Bongani Kunene, a producer/engineer known by the name Latant Beatz. he was born in Newcastle, Madadeni. "I had the love for the art of producing since I was a boy" and this impeccable artist has been pursuing and practicing his skills and the improving his ability to produce Beats since he got the equipment to do so." I joined the movement because i felt like it was the platform which I can learn and expand my grind and skills , My biggest goal is going mainstream and I believe it's possible with the talent and skills I possess".

Sbusiso Sneliswa Kubheka also known as JayCrusty Born in Newcastle on the 23rd of July . Started writing songs and stories in 2018, "what made me start in this industry was because always as a kid I used to like making stupid rhymes and sing a lot ,with my talent I strive to create a better environment" he is quite well aware and knows that in Newcastle many upcoming artists don't have as much recognition therefore Joining the movement was a big step for him especially being the youngest in the family "I do consider them as my family cause they are there for me always. My goal is to create recognition and awareness in Newcastle"

ILLER-G was born in Utrecht on the 7th of April . "I love music that is melodic because it feels like you are taking a ride through beautiful scenery." He got more interested in RNB and soul pleasing music ,he signifies that by his words saying "I love making melodic type of music, I love music also because allows humans to disconnect from their own problems and just be free for a moment". ILLER-G joined the movement because he honestly believe that it's going to be something extraordinary and he want to support it all the way. His biggest goal is to be one of the greats.
ILLER-G has worked with a lyricist and blood brother AFRIXA. His latest project is titled Romantic Garbage was dropped in 2020

Lethokuhle Sithole hometown to Ladysmith,KZN born on the 23rd of November. His full stage name is Roudevil Major and was formally known as Young Major. His inspired by various artists namely Tory Lanez and Meek Mill. "I'm a rapper, trapper" Major has a unique approach to his music and can be misunderstood but he believes the real fans will definitely get him. He is the first artist to join the movement along side Jay Crusty and Franky McCarthy
His worked with artists such as MXO the Tiger, Dagist, Master C, etc. and has dropped a number of singles

Bakhona Ngwenya born in Osizweni on the 22nđ of October . " I fell in love with (hip-hop & RnB) music at the age of 13/14 since then I wanted to do more, like record a song or something. She met some people along the way who also loved hip-hop. They were already involved in the music industry game they recognized her talent and decided to put her on. "I loved it because I also met Records Broken and they like a family to me"

Young Q born and raised in Newcastle (30/12/200*). He developed a passion for music at the age of 9 his inspired by Drake, Lil Wayne & Chris Brown. "Music allows me to escape to another world where I have a super power for performance & self expression". Utilizing his music as a tool of encouragement for people going through hard times. "My music is inspired by pain. Goal is to be one of those artists when people mention the hardest Rapper's/ artists, you don't mention Drake or Jay Z cause they beyond that, they've done so much, so yeah, I want to be there." He says he joined the movement because it provides artists with a place to showcase their work to a bigger audience and also gives a chance to work with different artists.

Sibonokuhle Siboniso Siyanda Nkabinde is from Mndozo, Newcastle born in Richards bay on the 17th of April "I've always been exposed to music throughout my childhood days and I grew up loving hip hop and the art of music I started listening and performing songs in front the TV as a 7 year in Utrecht then later started singing in the Choir in grade 5", He started write random words and putting them together at the age of 11 and he played the bongo drum from the age of 12 to 14 "I've never had any experience in the music and rap field but I started writing real music of my own in 2019, I really discovered myself in 2020 and really my biggest goal is to the stigma about local Rappers from Newcastle and take it global with our music as South Africans my other big goal is to open more doors for arts and culture people in South Africa and around Africa that's me."

He started rapping in grade 5 and he never stopped since. "I had this ambition of being a hip-hop artist since along time ago"
Steez joined the movement because he wants to fulfil his goals and become recognized

Nokwanda sikhosana also known as bluuPage Makhubu s was born in Johannesburg on the 3rd of January.she started as a poet and motivational speaker in 2015 and by 2017 she recorded her poetry and decided to turn it into rap and that became her other abilities on her music experience .In 2019 she also followed her beloved passion which is singing she once said "music calms my soul and I use that spectrum to express myself through music i make". Ever Since a Young age she has always shared this unusual character .she says "it's more than just words rhymes and beats it's an angle of changing the narrative letting emotions speak through music and giving it a sense of feminism giving young black female's like me a change a story that resonates and relates with their emotions". she joined Records broken to give herself an opportunity to learn and build a unity that speaks the same language as her and she has worked with amazing people namely Trixx the producer.

Musa Ndlovu known as MOO$A is a singer and a song writer Born and grew in Newcastle. Started recording his own Music in 2016.
"Speaking my mind through my music using the voice that I have is my passion". He says he joined the movement to interact with everyone who has the same vision as him. He was signed at KG Production by King Pepe from there he started to record as an independent artist then he discovered Jungle beats entertainment that is owned by Dope6east than he got signed there but then he decided to be independent again.
He has 2 projects which is UNEXPECTED (mixtape) SETTLED FOR BLOOD THIRST ( a Joint EP with Litcee Emm)

M.X.O The Tiger
SAUCE ON THE BEAT
MXO The Tiger was born in Newcastle in a small neighborhood Osizweni. He fell in love with hip-hop at the age of 7, "I loved hip-hop music because of basically the beats and I joined the game because of the beat I heard titled "John" by Lil Wayne and Rick Ross." Fascinated about the sound he really wanted to learn how to make music and the producer side of him was born. "When I was 9 I heard a local artist living opposite my house, he was rehearsing a song and he was about to recorded and he was again fascinated about the way his verse was constructed with rhymes and confusing but interesting lines by then and that day the rapper side of him was born. "I joined the Records Broken Movement because I was to stimulate my skills as both rapper and producer".
He initiated a team of rappers when he was 13 and after 8 songs together they disbanded as other lost interest in hip hop and due to creative differences. He recently worked with Roude Major on Self hate remix and worked with Major again in Presence (never came out) with also Stripes.
Kevlar
SUPERSTAR
Siphokuhle Mkhithika Zikalala born July 12, better known by his stage name Kevlar is a south African rapper from a small neighborhood called Durnacol, just outside of Newcastle KZN. Kevlar started writing rhymes in 2005 but only started to pursue music as a career since 2016. Since then he has released 2 mixtapes and 3 EP which concludes to about 100 songs recorded. The last EP was released in November 2020 titled Superstar and the rappervis currently in studio working on a new, bigger and better project so please be on the lookout for that.
Fun Fact : Kevlar is an acronym that stands for Killing Emcees Viciously and Lyrically Analyzing Reality. Which is exactly what the young rapper is all about.
